Preferences
The user preference section can be accessed by clicking on the avatar in the top right of the interface and going to Preferences.

The preferences window allows you to do the following
Select your language
This allows you to select the language the interface will show in and the language of the emails that will be sent to you.
Backup-person for projects
This section only appears if you have access to the projects module.
The backup-person for projects tool allows you to define define backup persons for project management for yourself.
During the specified period, any task that is assigned via rules/automations will be automatically assigned to your backup. To add a backup, select the start and end date and the backup person and click +.

Backup-person for orders
This section only appears if you have access to the orders module.
The backup-person for orders tool allows you to define define backup persons for orders for yourself. Contact Athena-graphics for more information.
Default module
You can define which tab should show by default when you log in. If nothing is selected the module that will be shown will depend on your user rights.

Personal access token
This section only appears if you have the Data extraction right.
Allows you to generate an API key for oData api integration. See Data Extraction via API (OData) for more information.


When generating a new token, an expiry date can be set. There is also the option to not set an expiry date. In case a date is selected, you will be notified via mail 14 and 7 days in advance that this token will expire. After expiry, the token will become invalid and any existing connections using this token will cease to function.
