Our team has worked hard to enhance the user experience for you and your team, and we can't wait for you to try out these new features and improvements.

We've made significant changes to the Project Management interface, which is now more intuitive and user-friendly. Here are some of the key highlights:

1 Navigation Bar: We've given the navigation bar a fresh new look and renamed the tabs to be more clear and more coherent:- “To Do” is now “Tasks”- “PM” is now “Projects”We've also changed the order of the tabs for improved accessibility. 2 Task Configuration Interface: We've replaced the tab-based task configuration with a wizard that guides you through the parameters to set, resulting in a much smoother and more enjoyable experience. And don't worry, once your tasks are configured, they'll work just as they always have.

3 Tasks Execution Interface: The interface for interacting with tasks in progress has been refreshed for better functionality and a more user-friendly design.

4 Form Management: We've added support for macros, which are reusable form fragments that make creating new forms a breeze. And, we've also added multi-language support, so forms can be shown in the correct language for each user.

5 Parallel Approvals: With our new parallel approvals feature, you can now have multiple approval tasks running at the same time, allowing for a more flexible project flow.

6 Task Types: We've cleaned up the task types, merging the upload, download, and versioned upload into a "transfer asset" task. This has reduced the clutter of the number of functions. Additionally, a number of task types that were not used frequently have been removed.

7 Various Improvements: We've also made a bunch of under-the-hood improvements to optimize performance and stability, so you can enjoy a faster and more reliable experience on DOQMIND.
