Quick Actions

In both list and card -view, each row or card features a hamburger menu that opens a dropdown menu containing quick actions.

Cancel project

Delete project

Allows you to delete a project.

Rename project

Allows you to rename a project.

Edit deadline

Allows you to set or change a project deadline.

Start new project based on metadata

Allows you to create a new project that is based on the current project. The new project will be created with the same metadata form that was used upon creating the current project.

The latest version as found in the form manager will be applied. The new project will look for the form as found in the manager. If you’ve changed the form in the form manager since using it in the current project, these changes will be used in the new project. If the form cannot be found, an error will be shown in the create new project modal.

• The latest values filled in will be taken from the current project and filled in in the new project.

  • If the form contains a template value, this template will be applied to the new project

  • Upon clicking replicate, a create new project modal will be opened. This will have the form already present and the values filled in. It is still possible at this stage to make changes before finally creating the new project.

  • The new project modal will be opened with a blank project name, and the start date set to tomorrow. The project name needs be filled in.

Open project folder

Opens the project folder in the Assets module.

Comments

Opens a modal showing all comments that were left on the project, and allows you to add comments.

Change Project Manager

Allows you to change the project manager. See Change Project Manager for more information.
