Dashboard

The Projects Dashboard provides a centralized and visual representation of projects. It allows project managers and stakeholders to to track progress and identify projects that are running late.

In the dashboard you can change between list and grid view, export the view or select the columns.

Export Projects

The export projects button generates an xlsx spreadsheet of the projects currently in view. Everything used to create the current view (searching, filtering and column selection) is taken into account. Also metadata columns are exported to the spreadsheet.

In the side you can change between projects, templates and project drafts.

Projects

In projects, you can interact with the projects in the system. When in project list, you have quick filters that allow you to quickly filter project manager and project status.

When in projects view, you can create a new project from the top menu, or you can bulk change project managers (see Change Project Manager for details)

Templates

Templates allows you to quick filter on the project manager. You can create a new template from the top menu. See Working with templates for more information.

Drafts

Project drafts are projects where a project manager started to fill in the brief, but were not all information is available to actually start the project. Draft projects are per PM, you will only see the drafts you created, not these of your collegues.
