Adding Users
A new user can be created by clicking “Create user”.
A new modal will appear where you can configure the user

In this modal you will need to enter:
- Type: choose whether this user is an internal or external user. For more information on internal and external users, see: https://help.doqmind.com/dm/user-types 
 Please note that the available user rights in this modal will differ between internal and external users.

- The name of the user. This is the family name 
- The first name of the user 
- A valid email address. 
 The email address needs to be unique within the current company environment. This is checked between both internal and external users.
- The language of the user (interface language). This language is used both in the user interface and in notification emails to that user. 
- The roles applicable for this users. See User Roles for more information. 
- The rights for that specific user. See User Rights for more information. 
A password does not have to be provided during user creation. Every user can self-service their passwords from the login screen:
- Setting an initial password when logging in for the first time 
- Resetting a password when it is forgotten.
