User Management
DOQMIND allows you to manage the users who can access the system via the user management module. This module can be opened by going to the settings dropdown menu, where you can find "Users".
Accessing the Users panel
This opens the user management module, where you can manage the internal and external users.
User list
The user list displays all users in your environment. The following columns are available:
Language — shows the interface language assigned to each user. This column can be enabled or disabled via the column picker.
Filtering by language
The user list can be filtered by language using the filter controls. This allows you to quickly find all users assigned to a specific language — useful when managing the impact of activating or deactivating a language.
Exporting users
When exporting the user list, the Language column is included in the export file.
