Assets Rights
The following is a list of Asset rights availably in the Doqmind system. You might not see all of the rights bellow. You’ll only see rights that you have, and as an administrator/user manager you’ll only be able to propagate rights that you have to new/other users.

It’s not possible to add additional approvers, remove approvers or add loops. See Assets Approvals for more information. This right implicitly inherits read rights. |
Dam edit own approval loop | Users with the dam_edit_own_approval rights can assign an other actors to approvals they are assigned to on running approval loops. The change is limited to swapping out approvers. It’s not possible to add additional approvers, remove approvers or add loops. See Assets Approvals for more information. Rights for external users
External users can only be given the ‘read’ right. This enables access to the DAM module.

When sharing folders with external users you can define the rights on a folder per folder basis.
