General Rights

The following is a list of general rights availably in the DOQMIND system. You might not see all of the rights bellow. You'll only see rights that you have, and as an administrator/user manager you'll only be able to propagate rights that you have to new/other users.

General rights are only available for internal users.

Users with the manage_users right can manage users.

Manage languages

Create custom emails

Users with this right can create custom mail templates

API

Allows the user to acces the Athena API if available

Announcements

Allows the user to create announcements that will be shown to users on the login page.

Impersonate

Users with the impersonate right can impersonate other users. See Impersonate users for more details.

Manage shared searches

Gives the user the ability to manage shared searches. See Shared Searches management for more details.

Manage own out of office

Allows the user to set an absence in "Out of office" for themselves. See Out of office for more details.

View all out of office

Allows the user to see all absences in the company in "Out of office". See Out of office management for more details.

Manage all out of office

Allows the user to set absences for all users in the company in "Out of office". See Out of office management for more details.

Set out of office return policy

Allows the user to set the return policy for the company in "Out of office". See Projects for more details.

Manage default columns

Allows the user to configure the default visible columns for list view in Projects and Assets. See Projects and Assets for more details.

Manage Asset Roles

Allows the user to access the Asset Roles section of User Management, to create, edit, and delete asset roles. Does not affect whether asset roles can be applied in Set Rights, that is controlled by the Set asset rights right on the specific folder or asset. See Asset Roles for more details.

Activity Log

Allows the user to access the Activity Logs page, where actions on assets, folders and baskets are recorded. See Activity Logs for more details.
