Basket download links

When distributing download links, each recipient will receive a unique link that can be downloaded only once.

If a user attempts to download a link that has already been used, they can request a new one.

The basket owner will be notified of this request and can choose to approve or deny it. If the request is approved, a new link will be issued, which can also be downloaded just once. If the email address requesting the new link has been previously approved, a new download link will be sent automatically without needing further approval
