Databases

Within DOQMIND, databases serve as a place to store data. This data can be used for:

  • Pre-filling drop-downs in forms

  • Determine the actor of a task

DOQMIND comes with a number of system databases that are managed by the system, and users can create their own databases.

Additionally, relationships can be configured between tables, allowing forms to be made dynamic and making sure only relevant options are presented to an actor based on his previous choices
