When launching or interacting with a DOQMIND project, actors can be asked to supply additional information about the project and its execution. This information can be used to inform other participants or to influence how the project will execute. The data filled in in a form can be used to:

• Select the Project Template when creating a new project

• Select an actor for a task

• Add conditions on tasks or task groups

• As metadata for actors throughout the project.
