Release 2023-09 (2023.4)

This update introduces new features and improvements that will enhance your experience on DOQMIND. We are committed to continuously improving our testing and release procedures, to ensure that you receive the best possible experience.

This release focuses on bug fixes and smaller improvements that improve usability. It will be available as of 02/10/2023.

Here is a list of the changes:

General improvements

Online help available

DOQMIND has been re-writing its existing documentation. The result is now available as online help via https://help.doqmind.com. This help contains a user guide, an administration guide and how-to’s that explain how to do more complex operations.

The online help is work in progress and we will continue adding sections over the next months.

Raw data extraction in analytics

DOQMIND already contained an optional analytics module that allowed consulting dashboards that showed KPI’s and performance metrics of your projects.

It’s now also possible to export the raw data directly from analytics. These exports can be imported in your own BI tools and combined with other data sources to provide you with better insights.

Improvements in Project Management

Project Dashboard List view

Currently the project management dashboard allows to show the projects as cards in a 1 or in a 2 column arrangement. We replaced the single column card view with a list view. This list view allows you to select and order the columns you want to see, sort and filter. Some examples of available columns are title, template, status and various dates, …

Project Dashboard advanced search

Advanced search for projects has been re-worked. It is now possible to search on multiple criteria, including project template, various dates and other criteria. Criteria can be combined to refine the search.

Improvements in Assets

Improved deadline visibility in approvals

In the approvals tab of running approvals, the deadline for each approval cycle is clearly indicated.
